Psychological Therapies Lead, Marianne Oakes, Gender Specialist Counsellor, Amy Walters, and Rhy Brignell from the GenderGP team were joined by musician Nate Watson to discuss the importance of self-care and share their own tips and advice. Together they talk about transphobia and more importantly their experiences of acceptance and support.
