At GenderGP we know you may have had a hard time accessing the care you need. Our service aims to change that. We are proud to offer you gender-affirming care, we genuinely want to help and will always go the extra mile to try to make your life easier.

We also know that we are all human. Sometimes we have bad days and sometimes things don’t go according to plan.

When that happens we ask you to take a deep breath and be polite and respectful to all our staff and we will do all we can to resolve the matter.

We believe that everyone has the right to feel safe and secure whilst at work. There is no place for abusive behaviour including basic rudeness or any form of discrimination based on gender, colour, religion, age, ability or sexuality.

Anyone behaving in an aggressive manner to any of our team members will be directed to our zero tolerance policy. If they continue to treat our team members with disrespect they will be asked to leave our service.

Together, we are part of the solution and only together can we change trans healthcare for the better.
